How much?
Unlike many other weather sites on the internet, SWIS uses the service of professional forecasters and computer programmers.
This means that we have to make a charge for our service, but we believe this accurately reflects the value SWIS brings to the sailor in decreasing the need to trawl the internet to find the forecast you need for sailing.
Remember, SWIS has been developed by both a professional meteorologist and a serious yachtsman. Accuracy is constantly monitored, ensuring you receive the very best service.
We offer two chargeable subscription memberships, SILVER and GOLD. If you do not subscribe to either, you can still access SWIS Lite - providing a reduced free service.

Our subscription services give the sailor full access to forecasts via the internet and enable you to choose to receive an email forecasts for the area(s) you choose, when and as often as you want it.
To subscribe, login and select 'My Account'
The advantage of our gold service is that it allows the sailor to receive up to 20 SMS text messages during the 30-day period for which each month’s subscription is valid. You can choose to receive these at times and days scheduled by you, or on demand. Texts are normally an extra charge of 15p each for UK numbers regardless of where the phone is.
